iovanni May I recommend that you explore any information you can find regarding the Countess DiFrasso when you are considering your Giovanni for Las Vegas. I have very little substantial to offer you, because I am still seeking a better source about her before I make certain final decisions as to her definite World of Darkness history. Hopefully, if you find such a source in your travels you will thank me for setting you on the trail by sending me any news of the dead lady. She has of course already entered my chronicle, but I keep certain elements of her storyteller's past secret in order that I may determine them when I discover some more about the real world model.
My basic information includes that DiFrasso was reputedly a lover of Bugsy Siegel, the man who turned Vegas into Vegas. She possibly also had connections with certain high officials in the Italian fascist government. I have not managed to even discover her first name, however.
As the Daylight Army chronicle for Las Vegas by Night is intended to be a ghoul chronicle, vampires who exploit and employ large quantities of ghouls were preferable to those who favor doing things themselves. This did not bear out in the decision I made regarding the Gangrel presence in Nevada, but the Setites and Giovanni I placed there are certainly very active with ghouls. DiFrasso is a real puppet master, controlling mortals through her virtual control of the local Shadowlands Puppeteer's Guild and her vampiric virtues as well.
