Powers: The Helm of Goring allows the user to perform
an Improved Bull Rush feat in place of another attack even if
he does not know that feat. Furthermore, the attack is granted
+6 melee bonus and scores 1d8+6 damage in addition to the normal
effects of an Improved Bull Rush.
