Ceryle
Ceryle is intended to serve as the initial nation setting of the Exalted chronicle titled Dark Waters.
Westgate is the capital city of the island nation of Ceryle, which has long been a relatively minor Realm satrapy. Mostly it is of use to the Imperial Navy as a resupply base in a region where the Realm is somewhat lacking in such resources. To the northeast lies the Coral Archipelago, and its protectorates, cautiously hostile to the Realm despite the fact that they pose little supernatural threat to the Dynasty and its Dragon-Blooded.
