Conrad Hubbard <conradhubbard@surfree.com>I am writing you on behalf of Conrad Hubbard, for whom I have known for
over a dozen years, and who I lived with in North Carolina back at the
time that he received this ticket (described in the below mailing). I
would have to say that when I received his distraught e-mail about what
was happening to him in Georgia, I was surprised and appalled. To say
that Conrad Estlin Hubbard is only a honest person could be considered
somewhat of an insult. I have known him never to be so much more than
that. I also know that Mr. Hubbard is one who pays his dues on time,
every time, without fail. I have sent this letter to you (and others)
in hopes that you may know what is going to be done about it. If I know
Conrad, I believe that he will make life miserable (within the law) for
whoever is responsible for the atrocity that has begotten him. If you
were in his shoes, what would you do.[snip forwarded copy of my original letter to the county]
