I sent them in the same EXACT envelope and have a returned receipt for registered, certified mail to prove you got the envelope. I stated in my included letter that I needed verification, and I included a signed, filled out, printed Driver Privacy Protection Act form, because the lady with whom I spoke on the phone gave me the website address from which to print a copy. You are costing me my license with your haphazard handling of this situation. It will be suspended November 17th due to your state's Halifax County negligence in this case--I can email you the letter from the County attorney admitting that I had indeed tried to pay the ticket (in fact, I think I will mail that just to try to speed things up) and that after TEN Years, he still had my check sitting in a file undeposited. Please, please, please, see if you can find the form I already filled out, and which you received in the same envelope you received the payment you acknowledge in your email, and please, for the sake of just doing the right thing after ten years of screwing me, please send me AND the State of Georgia the information we need to make sure they do not cancel my license based upon false information supplied by your State DMV and Halifax County. At this time, things have already been pushed so far by your agencies, state and county level, that it seems unlikely that you will be able to get me the information in time via normal methods. I would like to suggest special shipping methods: UPS overnight, FedEx, Express Registered Insured Mail, whatever, just please help me out here. It is now the 12th, and I have only now, after ten days, not to mention the ten years previous to this disaster, managed to even get you to give me the information your email provides. I do not have another ten days.... I have a mere five and two of them are probably already gone, since I doubt any of you work on Saturday or Sunday. Please see if you can help straighten out this mess your people have created.
