Heavenly Thunder Leaves for Power Combat

The Exalted Player's Guide Power Combat system didn't give stats for Heavenly Thunder Fans, along with leaving out Power Combat statistics for a number of other weapons and Artifacts. So far I haven't had to create new stats for too many weapons that weren't covered, as I've assumed (for example) that the Artifact knife from Time of Tumult has only mundane stats for Melee purposes despite its Thrown potence. Alas, the Heavenly Thunder Leaves had nothing so simple to default. This is entirely Unofficial, but for my personal Exalted chronicle that I run at home I examined the Power Combat stats for war fans, and the original stats for war fans and Heavenly Thunder Leaves and, ultimately, made the new Power Combat Heavenly Thunder Fans operate like this in my game:
Spd: +3, Acc: +4, Dmg: +0L, Def: +5, Rate: 6
