I am not a lawyer, so maybe this idea doesn’t have as much merit as I think it does. Anyway, I have an idea for a product that I think would be useful to celebrities who are being hounded by scuzzball paparazzi who invade their privacy. Let’s imagine tiny spray “paint” cans, which easily fit in the pocket and have guards in place to keep them from accidentally going off. These cans would contain a non-toxic, non-damaging, water soluble “paint” that would easily wash off. When the unethical paparazzi shoves his camera where it doesn’t belong, the celebrity whips out the mini can and sprays over the photo-thug’s camera lens. Bam. Punkarazzi shut down until he goes to clean his lens (or whips out another one, which could be sprayed as well), and celebrity NOT charged with physical violence.
