Abuse on the Internet
Part Two
I get a lot of email and see a lot of crap on the internet. It is for precisely this reason that I started the web pages of resources meant to help people Stop Abuse. Check out the following email from a person who felt compelled to be abusive to a hardworking volunteer worker on one of the chats I help administrate. It is of especial note that the person who sent this email explicitly agreed to be polite and nonabusive, and to follow chat use terms and rules.
